What are your candles made of?

Soy wax which is better for you and the environment being vegetable based with no toxins. Soy wax doesn’t produce black soot making it cleaner for the home environment.

Where are your candles made?

Our candles are hand poured on the Gold Coast, the Hunter Valley and the Central Coast.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes.

Do you have a storefront?

No. We offer wholesale to boutiques and florists. We also offer standard and express shipping with special discounts direct to customers.

Do you offer refunds?

We don’t offer refunds for change of heart. If an item is faulty we will endeavour to exchange the product, failing that we will offer a refund. Please email studio@bobechehome.com.au with your order number for a resolution.

Are your diffusers alcohol based?

Yes

When will I receive my order?

For the fastest dispatch, pay with your credit card on our secure payment gateway or via PayPal online.

Once your payment has cleared, your order will be dispatched within one business day or sooner. Standard delivery can take between 3 - 7 days. Express post is available for an additional charge.

How do I buy Bobèche wholesale?

Email studio@bobechehome.com.au with your store name and address for a unique wholesale code which can be used on our website.
Once you have the code simply add the products you would like to purchase for your store, add the wholesale code at checkout and the discount will be applied to the total. Minimum order applies.
